Shipping Policy

At Diana’s Cookieland, we bake every cookie fresh and ship with care to ensure each box arrives delicious and on time. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping for your sweet order.

📦 Order Processing Time

All cookie orders are freshly baked and shipped from our bakery within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship all orders via USPS. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from:

  • USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days)

  • USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days, depending on location)

We do not offer same-day or overnight shipping at this time.

🗺 Shipping Area

We ship nationwide across the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

📍 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The total weight of your order

  • The shipping method selected

  • The delivery address (ZIP code)

Your shipping rate will be automatically calculated in real-time based on USPS rates.

❄️ Warm Weather Warning

We recommend selecting Priority Mail during warmer months to help preserve the quality of your cookies during transit. Diana’s Cookieland is not responsible for cookies affected by weather conditions during transit, such as melting due to extreme heat.

📬 Delivery Issues

Once an order leaves our bakery, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to weather, postal issues, or incorrect shipping info

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

🎁 Gifting a Box?

If you’re sending a gift, make sure the recipient is available to receive the package upon delivery, especially since our cookies are perishable and best enjoyed fresh.
