Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed.
We bake each order fresh and package it with care to ensure it arrives in the best condition possible. Please double-check your shipping address and selected items before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@dianascookieland.com if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As our products are perishable goods, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
Please note that the 14-day EU cooling-off period does not apply to perishable goods such as food items. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on any cookie orders shipped to the EU.
