1. Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?
We are located in Virginia, USA. We do not have a physical store. All orders must be placed through our website.
2. Do you ship?
Yes! We ship to all of the United States and Puerto Rico.
Shipping day: Every Monday.
Delivery time: Depends on USPS and varies based on the customer’s location.
3. Do you offer pick-up?
Yes, we offer pick-up for customers in Richmond, VA.
Pick-up day: Friday.
Pick-up time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
How to order? Place your order online and select the pick-up option at checkout.
Note: We do not offer local delivery.
4. When does the menu change?
Our menu is updated every Monday after 12:00 PM.
5. How much does shipping cost?
The customer covers the shipping cost based on USPS rates.
Free shipping on orders over $75.
6. Is there a minimum order?
No, you can order just one cookie or as many as you’d like.
7. How should I store my cookies?
Keep cookies in their original sealed bag for up to one week.
To enjoy them warm and gooey:
Microwave: Heat for 10 seconds (out of the bag).
Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175-180°C) and bake for 5-8 minutes.
For longer storage, freeze cookies in their original bag inside an airtight container for up to 2 months.
8. What ingredients are used in the cookies?
Our cookies are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients and no preservatives.
Common ingredients: Butter, white and brown sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa, chocolate, nuts, flavor extracts, baking powder, dairy, dried fruits, and salt.
9. Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
No, we do not offer vegan or gluten-free products at this time.
10. What if I have allergies?
At Diana’s Cookieland, we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, but we are not an allergen-free facility.
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy, so they may contain traces of these ingredients.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options through our website, including credit/debit cards, and more.
12. Do you accept returns?
Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. All merchandise is final sale as well.
